Introducing IRP Navigator: Your 24/7 AI-Powered Guide to Moody’s Intelligent Risk Platform
As a UX Designer on the Intelligent Risk Platform (IRP) team at Moody’s, I contributed to the design and launch of IRP Navigator—a 24/7 AI-powered assistant built to help users across catastrophe modeling, exposure management, and underwriting workflows get timely, contextual product support.
Establishing a Unified UI Pattern Library for Moody’s Applications
This project aimed to establish a unified UI pattern library across Moody’s applications, including ExposureIQ (EIQ), TreatyIQ (TIQ), and Risk Modeler (RM). With multiple design patterns in use and no clear source of truth, inconsistencies led to inefficiencies in design and engineering.
Enhancing Data Comparison in ExposureIQ
In the financial risk industry, portfolio managers need to analyze and compare multiple portfolios and accumulations to identify trends, variations, and potential risks. However, the existing process in ExposureIQ was fragmented, complex, and inefficient—making it difficult for users to extract meaningful insights, navigate between comparison types, and export data effectively.
Risk Data Lake - White Label Databricks
The Risk Data Lake project involves leveraging Databricks as an underlying solution while ensuring it aligns with Moody’s branding through white labeling. The primary objective is to customize Databricks’ interface to maintain brand consistency and improve user experience within the Risk Data Lake environment.
